Rafał specialises in civil and commercial law. He actively supports the Firm in the field of labour and cooperative law.
He drafts opinions, writs of process and agreements, both in English and Polish, for strategic clients of the Firm.
He provides support in the preparation of applications and other documents to be submitted to the National Court Register.
Rafał has worked in the Firm since it was first established.
He gained his experience while working for Błażejowska Nowakowski Szołajski, Legal Counsels, Sp. p. based in Warsaw; his employment with the firm began in 2012.
He completed an internship at the Department of Public Finance Reform at the Ministry of Finance in Warsaw.
Rafał graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of Leon Koźmiński University in Warsaw. Currently, he is a fifth-year student of law at the same university.
Holder of TOLES Higher Certificate – attesting knowledge and skills in practical legal English.
Rafał is a basketball fan – in particular, the NBA. He has been playing tennis for several years. He enjoys listening to music, especially live music at concerts. Together with his fiancée and friends, he enjoys walking in the mountains. He is interested in post-war European and world history.
